We apologize that you did not receive the correct pieces. Please go to our Return Portal to process through a return for the items you should have received. Once the pieces are selected, please click exchange. This provides an option to note the item(s) you should have received and the item you received. Once completed, a confirmation email is sent with a prepaid shipping label to ship the piece(s) back. After the item(s) are received in the warehouse, the correct pieces will be shipped out.
