My gear needs repaired. What do I do?

Please go to our Warranty Portal to complete the requested information, providing photos of your gear and the trouble area(s).  (If there is more than one piece, please submit a new claim for each item.)  Have your order number and email address associated with the account on hand as this information will be needed to enter your claim.  Once the claim has been completed and submitted, please provide our Customer Experience team 24 to 48 business hours to reply with the next steps needed for your piece.
