Can I change or cancel my order once it is placed?

If you need to modify an order, please reach out to Customer Experience (Monday - Friday, 9 am-5 pm CST), as quickly as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your cancellation or change requests. Please provide the following information in your email:

  • Name as shown on the account:
  • Order number:
  • Email address on account:
  • Item, size, and colorway change requested:
  • Shipping address:
  • Phone number:

Please note that changing any items on your order (including shipping address) may delay out your order by 24 business hours.
